Ever since 2009 Friends of the Brands has brought brands into contact with Europe’s leading social influencers; think of celebrities, b(v)loggers, athletes, entrepreneurs and journalists.

Thanks to the team’s unique expertise in influencer marketing, we are – like no other – able to connect brands and social influencers on a substantial and personal level. This enables brands to effectively tell their story through leading influencers and reach millions of people worldwide.

This is done through our own two innovative event-formats The Gift SuiteLike My Brand Men, Like My Brand Women, The White Dinner, The Gentlemen’s Club, The Gift Suite Mother’s Day and our Charity Gala. In addition, Friends of the Brands develops and produces tailor-made events and brand experiences on behalf of third parties.

Dionne Schulf

Founder & CEO

Dionne Schulf worked as Managing Director at the international fashion brand Belissima and as Associate Partner at Managing Bureau Montecatini. Dionne is a marketing -and communication strategist and a fashionista at heart. After finishing fashion academy she studied international management at the HES in Amsterdam and had several Direction- and MT-functions at international A-brands in the media, entertainment, fashion and publishing. In addition to co-owning Friends of the Brands, this business mom is responsible for all commercial management issues and marketing strategies concerning the events, including the negotiations with companies and brands.

Robin de Vries

Sales Manager

At 19 years old Robin started at Friends of the Brands as an intern, but within in a couple of months she grew to be Project Manager with a passion for sales. Within the company Robin is responsible for both operational and commercial activities surrounding national events. Besides travelling she loves sports, fashion and food and spots lifestyle trends in her free time. Robin is ambitious, persistent and goes for what she wants.

Femke van Wijk

Junior Project Manager

After completing her study in International Leisure Management Femke went looking for a nice challenging job. As an inquisitive, enthusiastic, not-sitting centipede she is a nice addition to our team as project manager. “I can’t ” is not an option for her. If Femke does something, she does not stop before it is arranged. In her spare time she likes to deal with the latest trends, especially in the field of shoes and fashion, going out with friends and making city trips.

Suzanne

Suzanne Neugebauer

Project Manager

With her working experience at an advertising agency, her own company in the event branch and a passion for branding and marketing, the function of Project Manager is perfectly suited to Suzanne. Her ambition, getting things done mentality and creative ideas ensure the correct addition of the team. Apart from further operational activities, as Project Manager she oversees all national projects and directs the rest of the team. Furthermore, she loves good restaurants, shoes, her friends and family.

Sascha van Leeuwen

Online Marketing Assistant

For a long time, Sascha has been very interested in everything related to social media and marketing. It is therefore no surprise that she fulfills the task within our team as Online Marketing Assistant. With her eye for detail and passion for fashion and design she ensures that the social media of Friends of the Brands always look good. Besides her work on social media and online marketing, she likes to have a drink with friends, eat, but above all, shopping!

Carmen Berkelmans

Graphic Designer

As a 10-year-old girl, she started experimenting with Photoshop and, over the years, learned about her hobby. After her internship for media and design training at Friends of the Brands, she started her own company and she is responsible for online and offline graphics. “The devil is in the details” is her motto and she also works with an eye for detail. Carmen is a girl on kicks and likes to collect (exclusive) sneakers. Always looking for the latest (design) trends and new hotspots but she also loves to switch off during a forest ride on her loyal four-legged friend.

Maaike Vogels

Project Management Assistant

The always cheerful Maaike is now in the third year of her studies Media and Entertainment Management. She knows how to get things done and is very eager to learn. Moreover, she always takes her work and studies very seriously. When planning activities, Maaike likes to take the lead. Furthermore, she loves playing handball and likes to go shopping in her free time and to go out with friends.

Sanne Schripsema

Project Management Assistant

As for the last year of her studies Hotel & Event Management, Sanne chooses a challenging internship at Friends of the Brands. During her internship she does not only work within our organization but she will also conduct research for her thesis. As a creative, hard-working and enthusiastic person, Sanne does not shy away from a challenge. In her free time, she likes to discover new restaurants and hotspots in Amsterdam. But, preferably she plans a sunny city trip every weekend.
