TARGET
On behalf of Visit Aruba, we invited 8 of the most inspiring and influential women in the Netherlands to travel with us to Aruba. The purpose of the trip was to introduce the influencers to the versatile offer of the beautiful picturesque island in 5 days. The guests shared their experiences with their followers through their social media channels. Beau Monde went along for a travelogue in the magazine.
CONCEPT
For the trip in Aruba, we have created an exclusive experience for the guests from the moment of invitation to the very last contact moment. The invitees, who have been carefully selected on the basis of profile and group dynamics, were picked up at home on Thursday 17th October by a private chauffeur and dropped off at the VIP Center of Schiphol. During the flight to Aruba, the guests were prepared for an inspiring and complete program, which started immediately upon arrival. A delicious dinner was waiting for them in the hotel. During the 5 days, a sailing trip with the Montfore Luxury Cruise Dinner was organized, a beautiful boat trip with phenomenal views over the Atlantic Ocean, a private island jeep tour and an exclusive breakfast in the Arikok National Park. Guests were further pampered with well-deserved spa treatments and Pilates sessions. Of course, sunset dinners, prepared by the locals with much love, were not to be missed on a trip to Aruba.
RESULTS
For Visit Aruba we generated exposure through various cross-media channels. The guests, who all have a large reach through their social media channels, recorded the entire journey through stories and posts. Beau Monde, the leading glossy in the Netherlands with a circulation of 28,000, traveled along for a 5-page article. RTL Boulevard, the Netherlands’ largest entertainment TV show, reported about the trip.
